Online Returns
Our policy is 30 days from purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange..

 Non-returnable items:

-Gift cards

- Subscription Items (Subscribe & Save) 

  • We ask on all purchases made, you please make sure that you did not select our subscribe & save option without intention, as we have a 2-order minimum on all subscription orders to be fair with all our customers paying full-price.
  • See information below (under subscription refunds_

- Downloadable software products
- Specially marked health and personal care items
- Clearance, Limited Offer or Last Chance items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable); if the product has any obvious signs of use or that it has been opened;
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has been partially consumed or used for reasons not due to our error;
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift card(s) 
- Downloadable software products 
- Some health and personal care items

 

 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (minus discounts).

 

Subscription Terms Refunds (if applicable)

How subscription orders work: Products are automatically delivered on the schedule selected. Please note that to be fair with our one time purchase customers, we have a 2 purchase minimum with all subscription orders. After that 2 order minimum, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Email us or login to modify, skip, or edit your account at info@mybestbodies.com

For subscription refunds, under our Recharge subscription service processed through stripe, please keep the following in mind:

  • Please don't subscribe as refunds will not apply if customer tries to cancel after only one purchase.
  • Subscriber/Customer must notify BestBodiesforLife via email at info@mybestbodies.com to cancel subscription or subscriber/customer must log in to their account to cancel their subscriptions.
  • Please always keep a 2 order minimum when subscribing to our auto-ship subscribe & save option. 
    • We try to honor and be fair to all other customers paying full price, so we ask that if you're choosing to become a long term member of the BestBodiesforLife community by subscribing, please keep a 2 order minimum.
    • If you choose to cancel your subscription before 2 orders have been processed or cancelling your 2nd order after it's been processed and any future orders, our team will determine such refunds case by case. Certain adjustments may apply. 
    • If you're order has already been fulfilled, you will need to send it back, at your own expense, and after our team has evaluated package, we will evaluate refund. 
    • All refunds for subscription orders, will be processed through Stripe. 

 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted (Typically 2-3 business days) If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Ap@mybestbodies.com

 

 

Clearance / Last Chance items (if applicable)
Only regular items may be refunded, unfortunately Clearance / Last Chance items cannot be refunded

 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Ap@mybestbodies.com and send your item to: 9500 feather grass lane , suite 120 box 112, Fort Worth TX 76177, United States. 

 

 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

 

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
