I make mine more like Green smoothies Instead of a shake. I add fresh spinach, frozen avocado, 2oz unsweetened almond milk, Water, a few pieces of frozen pineapple or
mango, and a few pieces of frozen Jack fruit.
Blend well.. extra thick and add seeds/nuts as toppings. Great for breakfast and I have one for dinner! 😊

It was too bad. I could still taste a hint of banana in the chocolate, I don't care for that much. I thought it would be a thicker consistency like the protein drinks but it's more like almond milk consistency. It didn't satisfy my hunger like a slimfast does but it helped stabilize my blood sugar while I fixed something to eat. Plus, it's a bit expensive.
All in all it's not bad but I probably wouldn't buy it again.
The shakes were yummy either mixed with other things or not
