Creamy Vanilla Protein Packed Oat/Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Organic Rolled Oats
- 2 Scoops of our Vanilla Cream
- 1 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
- 1 Cup of Almond Milk
- 1 Tbsp of Agave or Honey
- 2 tsp of Chia Seeds
Instructions:
Wet Ingredients:
1. Pour milk in a mason jar or bowl
Dry Ingredients:
1. Combine and mix together - Oatmeal and 2 scoops of BBfL Vanilla.
Final Steps:
1. Pour dry ingredients into milk and fold dry ingredients into wet until it's mixed well.
2. Pour chia seeds into mixture and fold them in well
3. Drizzle Honey/Agave in last to see how sweet you want your Oat/Chia Pudding.
QUICK TIP:
- Add your favorite nut butter on top and them place in the fridge overnight or at least for 3 hours.
