BBfL Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

       Keto friendly - Low Carb - Low Sugar - High Protein

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup BBfL Plant Cocoa or Vanilla Cream
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup stevia or monk fruit powder
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients

  3. Add the melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, and mix until dough consistency.

  4. Fold in any add-ins of your choice (Chocolate chips, nuts, etc...)

  5. Use a cookie scoop to drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing the cookies about 2in apart.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

  7. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
