BBfL Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies
Keto friendly - Low Carb - Low Sugar - High Protein
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup BBfL Plant Cocoa or Vanilla Cream
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup stevia or monk fruit powder
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients

Add the melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, and mix until dough consistency.

Fold in any add-ins of your choice (Chocolate chips, nuts, etc...)

Use a cookie scoop to drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing the cookies about 2in apart.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
