I started taking the chocolate Best Bodies for Life on Saturday. I drink it with my coffee. I usually have a scoop in the morning and another scoop in the mid-afternoon. I've taken it for 5 days. Today is the first day I have had any energy in years.
I'm 64 years old and have fibromyalgia. I take a lot of vitamins and herbal supplements, but this is the first natural product I have ever taken that has actually given me energy and made me feel good.

I bought this because my daughter is a vegetarian and I worry that she doesn’t get enough protein. This has whey protein in it. She also needs to be gluten-free soon, so I love that this is a good source of protein and gluten-free. We bought the vanilla almond milk to mix it in. Usually my daughter's drink the Carnation instant breakfast cocoa mix or Ovaltine so I wasn't sure if they'd like it... They actually really like it!! So much healthier too! My husband also makes shakes with it for the girls. I found this at Sunshine herbs near Alliance Town center.

Great taste. I love the chocolate (flavor). The apple cider vinegar in it cannot be tasted, and we all need this on a daily basis. Great meal replacement!

I was skeptical and hesitant to try it.
Because, A) I have several food allergies — some life-threatening, and B) I don't usually like drinkable meals. But I was pleasantly surprised to hear that it was free of the allergens in question, and therefore I wanted to support any company that makes products like that. I was also surprised that I liked the flavor and consistency. I gave it to my kids today and they liked it as well! Raul was very kind, helpful, and polite. Glad to know about this product!
